Message from Maggie:  My in-laws are visiting this weekend for Easter and it happens to fall just days after my father in law’s birthday.  We are preparing a special birthday dinner for him on Thursday and to get in the Easter spirit I folded the napkins into the shape of bunnies.  Details for your Easter table are below.

Instructions with photographs: 

1. Start with a large napkin.
2. Fold the napkin in half long ways to form a rectangle.
3. Fold the right and left sides down to meet in the center, forming a point at the top.
4. Fold the bottom corners up, also meeting at the center.
5. Fold in the side corners so that they meet in a point. Your napkin should now be in a kite-like shape.
6. Very gently turn the napkin over and fold the top point downward.
7. Gently turn the napkin back over.
8. Roll the right side of the napkin over, a bit past the center point.
   Fold the left side over and tuck it into the pocket on the right side.
9. Stand your napkin bunny upright. You may need to adjust the bottom to form a base.
10. Fluff the bunny ears and position the napkin on your plate.
