I had a difficult time picking art for Summer’s nursery.  I’m wanted something that would get her through a few stages not just the infant phase and I couldn’t seem to find the perfect thing.  I came up with the idea of using historical photos of kids engaging in activities around DC.  Using a Google search I quickly found some amazing old photographs- including things like  kids swimming in the reflecting pond or having a snowball fight in front of Capitol.  I had the photos printed through Mpix and placed them in ikea frames to create a fun gallery wall that I hope she will love someday.
